Return Policy

We want you to love your Haunted Haven order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

📦 Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

✉️ How to Start a Return
Contact us at starkeyk65@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return details and next steps by email.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. If in doubt, reach out before purchasing and we'll clarify.
